Dear Group Leader,
Sorry it has taken a while to send this but as you can imagine it does take a while to sort through all the boxes that come back from the event.
We have again collected a number of items as lost property from the weekend and would like to return these items where possible. Please can you speak with your young people to see if they are missing anything? A few items have been claimed which is excellent but I still have a box full.
Please note that the owner will be responsible for any return costs incurred which will need to be paid before posting.
Any items remaining by 1st April will be donated to a local charity shop.
